“Our (in our view!) lovely Edwardian five bed semi in Redhill had been on the market for three months with no offers when we came across Laura from Birdhouse Design. As we had already agreed to buy our next home we initially contacted her to dress the property for sale after we moved out, but she introduced us to her enhancement service and we thought we'd give it a go. We are so glad we did!

Within an afternoon Laura had transformed our home into somewhere that looked amazing in the new estate agency photography we subsequently had done. She swapped out a coffee table, brought in some fantastic artwork that really lifted the place, added in soft furnishings, plants and flowers and generally arranged the place so that it really showed its potential as an amazing home.

Laura has a brilliant eye, but also a great manner so she is a joy to work with and it's very exciting to see the results! The financial investment to have done this ourselves would have been huge, not to mention the time it would have taken.

Our new photography went live on a Thursday evening. We had a viewing that Saturday, two on the Wednesday with three more booked for the following Saturday. Less than a week after Laura's enhancements we had an offer - the second people to see our home put in an offer good enough for us to cancel the three viewings booked for Saturday! We have now sold our home. The people who bought it told us they had seen it online in the first three months but dismissed it, so it was only after Laura's enhancements had shown its potential that they decided to view and then very quickly made an offer and bought it!
